    We are seeking a performance driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Irvine, CA market.     Responsibilities

    What you will do in this role:

    • Meet/exceed annual sales and gross profit expectations for the sales team
    • Work with the Chief Revenue Officer, Leadership Team and Business Development Managers to strategically position the Company within larger accounts for long-term relationships
    • Consistently work with and manage each BDM to complete a minimum number of face-to-face appointments, cold calls, campaigns, and follow up activities to drive sales results
    • Conduct sales meetings for BDMs, enlist the help of subject matter experts to enhance the training experience, incorporating the appropriate "scripting" language to ensure consistency of sales delivery
    • Mentor the sales team by traveling with each BDM and modeling the Company sales philosophy with consultative, solutions-based selling during each client visit
    • Follow through on all feedback from clients to ensure long-term success of all accounts
    • Execute plans for developing leads to maintain a pipeline of business in each marketplace
    • Create a partnership with Irvine’s branch leaders  to service accounts
    • Available to travel on short notice to sales appointments, lending support while leveraging Company's value proposition
    • Anticipate downturns in business climate and develop plans to offset losses
    • Work with Chief Revenue Officer to create effective presentations and proposals
    • Continuing to interview qualified sales professionals to build the sales force
    • Engage in all team building opportunities to strengthen synergy and build credibility within the sales team and in the larger organization
    • Protect the confidentiality of all Helpmates client and employee information

    Qualifications

    What you will need to bring to the table:

    • BA/BS degree and/or a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years in a Sales role within a solutions-based, consultative outside sales environment
    • Proven networking success
    • Two (2) or more years in the staffing industry preferred
    • Ability to speak intelligently regarding all business lines
    • Experience with marketing, branding and methodologies to best capitalize on social media platforms
    • Ability to build effective and productive sales teams
    • Effective evaluation interview techniques
    • Professional sales presentation skills
    • Professional demeanor and excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
    • Effective personal organizational and time management skills

     

    Organizational Relationships:

    • Regular and consistent communication and information flow should exist between the Sales Manager, Chief Revenue Officer, Business Development Managers, Branch Managers and Customer Service staff regarding the process of sales and operations towards achieving the Sales Manager’s goals and the goals of the organization.
