  • Overview

    We are seeking a performance driven Director to lead our South Bay team. 


      What You’ll Work On:

    • Organize and execute personal sales in a given geographic territory or assigned account(s) utilizing effective sales skills, tools and programs
    • Oversee the sales and customer service recruitment functions to ensure the satisfaction of all customer requirements towards the attainment of branch financial operating budgets
    • Recruit, hire, train, and develop all branch personnel consistent with Company personnel policies and procedures, to ensure branch objectives are met and company growth is achieved
    • Prepare and execute appropriate budgets and action plans to ensure attainment of established operating income goals
    • Protect the confidentiality of all Helpmates client and employee information
    • Actively participate in the preparation and implementation of all strategic and tactical business plans in the assigned areas of responsibility and accountability


    What you will need to bring to the table:

    • College degree preferred and three (3) years staffing industry experience with 2 years of sales management experience.
    • Specific sales and account development experience in professional staffing segments, including accounting, finance and office services
    • Profit center responsibility and accountability
    • Stable employment history with no more than two jobs in the last thirty-six (36) months
    • Staffing experience in the southern California marketplace preferred
