    We are seeking a performance driven Business Development Representative to support the Orange County market.     Our sales professionals help to curate staffing solutions tailored to individual businesses’ needs. Our teams are comprised of creative and motivated closers that have broad industry knowledge, keen drive to deliver results and an aptitude for building accounts and relationships.


      What You’ll Work On:

    • Generate a very high volume of sales & prospecting leads primarily via phone (and some email) to a variety of prospective customers  
    • Manage your prospect list and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting prioritization to assembling pitch decks to closing deals
    • Learn the ins and outs of how to strategically sell, pitch and close
    • Educate and motivate your clients on the full spectrum of services offered


    Non negotiable, mission-critical requirements:

    • Drive to build and maintain new relationships and sales accounts.
    • Calm, poised and professional phone etiquette with great follow-up protocols and habits.
    • Able and willing to make a high volume of outbound sales & prospecting calls on a daily basis (Do not apply if this isn’t your thing).
    • Microsoft Office experience
    • Tireless but--at the same time--smart phone, email and communication habits.
    • Keen attention to the details but also being able to do the 360-degree birds-eye from time-to-time.
    • Unafraid to fail and try new things but too smart to try to fix what's not broken.
    • Above all else...a growth-oriented mindset.


    What you will need to bring to the table:

    • High-energy, high-drive, growth-oriented mindset and—most importantly—a dedicated team player
    • 1 year of sales experience with appointment setting, managing a territory and office experience
    • Must be detail oriented to set follow-up reminders, meeting summary notes, documentation, and actively prioritize accounts.
